About Sushma
Hello! I am Sushma Kumari, an experienced Biology educator with an M.Sc. in Biotechnology and over 10 years of teaching experience. Throughout my teaching journey, I have had the privilege of helping students from different academic backgrounds develop a strong understanding of Biology and achieve their learning goals.
I believe Biology should be understood, not memorized. My teaching approach focuses on building strong concepts through simple explanations, real-life examples, diagrams, and interactive discussions that make learning enjoyable and meaningful.
I enjoy working with students from Grades 7 to 12 and adapt my teaching style according to each student's learning pace and individual needs. My aim is to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions, think critically, and develop a genuine interest in Biology.

Biology becomes easy when students truly understand concepts instead of memorizing facts. With over 10 years of teaching experience and an M.Sc. in Biotechnology, I help students build a strong foundation through interactive, concept-based learning.
