About Nadia

I am a motivated and confident graduate student with a strong commitment to fostering an enjoyable learning experience while aiding students in achieving their academic goals. Armed with a Ph.D. pursuit in Medical Sciences at the University of Western Ontario, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Shahid Beheshti University in Iran, I bring a diverse skill set encompassing digital whiteboarding, research, tech troubleshooting, and content creation, along with strengths in effective communication and creative problem-solving. With extensive experiences, I've tutored high school students in Biology, mentored junior lab members in research techniques, and served as a Student Representative organizing events. My versatile roles include research assistance in blood flow regulations, tutoring at Boys and Girls Club, and teaching assistance at Western University. My enthusiasm for education and adaptable approach positions me well for enriching academic and professional environments.

About the lesson

My teaching approach revolves around fostering independent thinking and active engagement among students. I firmly believe in guiding students by posing thoughtful questions that lead them to explore and discover answers on their own. Rather than simply providing solutions, I encourage critical thinking and problem-solving by prompting students to analyze and reflect.
