About Simren
I am a Business and Economics graduate with a Master’s from UCD Smurfit School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. I bring strong academic knowledge combined with real-world experience in finance, consulting, marketing and business development. I focus on delivering clear, structured and supportive lessons that help students build confidence, improve understanding and achieve strong exam results.

I offer personalised and engaging grinds tailored to each student’s learning style, academic goals and current level. My teaching approach focuses on building strong fundamentals, improving confidence and helping students develop effective exam techniques through clear explanations, structured notes and regular practice questions. I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt my methods to suit visual, practical or discussion-based learners.
My lessons are typically 60 minutes long and are designed to be interactive, supportive and results-focused. I combine theory revision with exam-style questions, feedback and study strategies to help students maximise their performance in school and state exams.
I hold a Master’s degree in International Business from UCD Smurfit School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, with professional experience across finance, consulting, business development and marketing. Alongside my academic background, I have experience mentoring and supporting students through presentations, projects and academic preparation.
My lessons are suitable for Junior Cycle and Leaving Cert students studying Business, Economics and English, as well as university students who may need support with business-related subjects, assignments or presentation skills. I also welcome adult learners looking to improve their communication, business knowledge or academic confidence.
