About Ilyas
I’m a passionate business mentor and tutor with real-world experience running and growing businesses. I’ve always loved everything about business — from marketing and entrepreneurship to finance and strategy. Over the years, I’ve learnt that business isn’t just something you read about; it’s something you live and experience. That’s what inspired me to start teaching — I want to help students see how exciting, creative, and practical business really is. Why I Teach I genuinely enjoy helping students understand business, not just memorise it. My goal is to make each topic clear, relatable, and engaging — whether that’s breaking down exam questions, exploring how brands succeed, or connecting textbook concepts to real companies. I love seeing that “lightbulb moment” when it finally clicks! What You’ll Get from My Lessons • Clear, simple explanations of GCSE Business Studies topics • Real-world examples that make theory easy to understand • Guidance on exam technique and confidence-building • Optional real-life case studies and projects for deeper learning If you want to learn business from someone who’s actually been in business — and truly loves it — I’d be happy to help you succeed.

Hi, I’m Ilyas — an experienced business mentor and tutor with real-world business experience. I don’t just teach from textbooks — I teach from the actual world of business. Over the years, I’ve built, managed, and maintained businesses across different industries, learning first-hand what really drives success — and what doesn’t. My lessons are designed to bridge the gap between theory and reality, helping students understand business in a way that feels relevant, practical, and easy to apply. What I Offer • GCSE Business Studies tutoring – clear explanations of key topics, exam prep, and real examples that bring concepts to life • One-to-one mentoring for students who want to think like entrepreneurs and problem-solvers • Study and revision techniques to help you approach exams with confidence • Optional real-world projects and case studies to make learning engaging and hands-on My Approach I believe the best way to learn business is to connect classroom topics to real-world scenarios. I use examples from everyday companies, current events, and my own experience to help you truly understand how business works. Whether you’re preparing for your GCSEs, aiming for top grades, or just want to understand business better — I’ll help you learn in a practical, enjoyable way that builds confidence and real understanding.
