SUNY Potsdam - Psychology Major
- Focus on neuropsychology and nutrition, how the mind and body work together with the food that you put into it. Minor in public speaking
- The curriculum with the SUNY universities have a minimum of three mandatory public speaking classes during your undergrad. I completed five (the maximum) and achieved averages of 80-100% in all classes. As well as completing compulsory presentations for individual classes.

As a certified nutritionist, my focus is on whole foods plant based eating. I work with clients one-on-one or in a group setting to go over their current eating habits, tailor them to suit their needs based on a whole foods diet. I work with carnivores, vegans & vegetarians alike, and any other dietary restrictions. My goal is to make plant based options the fore front of meals rather than a side dish. Through this methodology, you notice a drastic change in mood, weight loss, balancing hormonal levels, bloating, overall health and mental wellness.
While working with clients I teach an education component on why we are making the food choices selected, and how they process in your body.
I can work with anyone interested in learning more about general health and wellness to those wanting specific dietary advice for themselves of a loved one.
