About Alex

I am a policy adviser with over five years' experience working in the Civil Service. I have experience working in environmental, agricultural, transport and health policy, including working on new legislation and with UK Government ministers. I also work as an English as a Second Language tutor. Prior to joining the Civil Service I completed a History BA at UEA and History MA at Bristol University.

About the lesson

I can be adaptable depending on what objectives you want from your tutoring, including help with exam preparation or writing. I can teach A-level or degree-level study online and have extensive experience tutoring both university-level students and mature students through my previous experience as an English as a Second Language tutor.

Alex is a very sympathetic and patient teacher who can explain the things in a really interesting way. Even if Alex is a native ENG speaker his pronunciation is not typically British :). He is a profesional in his specialization who is every time on time to make the lesson as funny as possible!
