Since 2009 JP has been providing personalized and hands-on computer learning to adults and seniors. From the absolute beginner to those who need a refresher (remediation), whether it's for work or lifelong learning, personal or professional reasons, I'm here to help people bridge the knowledge gap in computing and the use of technology. I run TECH933 serving Canada and USA. All coaching is done individually, one-on-one to maximize learning.

He is patient,and follows your rhythm, so you can absorb and use what he is helping you with. Two times I have called when I was in a bit of a situation, but he responds quickly and calmly. He gives you timely advice about devices, and has followed up with resources.
