Cancellation policy:
When a lesson is confirmed with me, I then obviously do not make that time available to any other clients or students. I am therefore disadvantaged should a session be cancelled or postponed at short notice. For this reason the following cancellation fee will apply:
Cancellation within 14 calendar days - no fee
Cancellation within 13 - 5 calendar days - 50% of fee
Cancellation within 5 calendar days or 'no show' - 100% of fee
