About Syarvin
I am a passionate and dedicated fitness and cross training coach with a strong background in sports performance. I am a former professional badminton player and currently a Muay Thai fighter, which gives me real, practical experience in both skill-based and combat sports training.
This combination has shaped my coaching style—focused on discipline, athletic development, and real performance improvement.
I specialize in helping kids and teenagers build a strong foundation in fitness through safe, structured, and enjoyable training. My sessions are designed to improve strength, speed, agility, coordination, and overall confidence, whether for sports performance or general fitness.
For beginners, I make sure training is simple, fun, and easy to follow. For more active or sporty students, I push them to reach higher levels with proper technique and conditioning.

My coaching approach focuses on building strong fundamentals, improving fitness, and developing confidence in a fun and structured way. I believe every student learns differently, so I adjust my training style based on their age, fitness level, and personal goals.
Teaching Methodology
My sessions combine cross training, fitness conditioning, and sports-based drills to improve overall athletic performance. Lessons usually include:
1. Warm-up and mobility work
2. Strength and conditioning exercises
3. Speed, agility, and coordination training
4. Fun and engaging drills to keep students motivated
5. Cool down and basic recovery tips
I focus on making training simple, effective, and enjoyable so students can improve step by step without feeling overwhelmed.
Lesson Duration
Each lesson typically lasts 1 to 2 hours, depending on the student’s needs and fitness level. Longer sessions allow more focus on technique and endurance building.
Experience
I have experience in coaching (I used to be a professional badminton player and current Muay Thai Fighter) and teaching students in both academic and sports settings. I work closely with children and teenagers, guiding them not only in physical development but also discipline, focus, and confidence.
