Hi, I’m J'adore, a dating coach with a passion for helping people create authentic, fulfilling relationships. I’m currently studying for a Psychology degree with a specialisation in Sexology, which gives me a deeper understanding of the emotional, psychological, and sexual dynamics that shape how we connect.

My coaching style is supportive, practical, and grounded in both evidence-based insight and real-life experience. Whether you’re navigating dating apps, recovering from heartbreak, or exploring new ways of connecting, I’m here to guide you with empathy, honesty, and zero judgment.

Dating doesn’t have to feel confusing or exhausting—it can be empowering, exciting, and genuinely enjoyable.
