About Neil
I am an Economics tutor with over 8 years of experience helping students master both theory and application. I hold an MSc in Economics with a strong focus on econometrics and quantitative modeling. My work centers on integrating computational tools into economic analysis. Economics today is data-driven, and I train students accordingly.
I teach programming in Python and R as essential tools for modeling markets and testing hypotheses. We work on regression analysis, simulations, and optimization problems through structured, hands-on projects. Students learn how to clean data, build models, and interpret results critically. Visualization is a key part of this process.

My teaching approach in Economics is structured, patient, and practical. I focus on building strong foundations before moving to advanced topics. Clear understanding comes first. Speed comes later.
I cover microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics, public economics, and international trade. We also explore development economics, behavioral economics, and financial markets. Each topic is explained step by step. I use real-world examples to make theory easier to understand.
Active listening is very important in my lessons. I carefully hear how concepts are explained and correct small mistakes early. Repetition is used often to strengthen memory and accuracy. Students practice drawing graphs, explaining models, and solving problems many times.
I also integrate technology such as Python and data visualization tools when needed. This helps connect theory with modern economic practice. The goal is to build confidence and independent thinking. Students leave each lesson stronger and more capable.
