About Fiona
I have been teaching English in high school on and off the the last 7 years. I have mostly worked with students with very poor literacy skills, helping them to grasp the fundamentals. However I have also enjoyed the opportunity of working with very talented students, delving deeper into texts, and developing more advanced writing skills.

I love english, and the way we can use words to communicate our unique understanding of the world. It is extremely liberating to be able to read and write well, and i get a lot of joy assisting students get a good foundation in reading and writing. I also enjoy working with more advanced students to help extend and challenge them.
