About Ruth
Hi, I'm Ruth! With a background in content writing and hands-on teaching experience, including private tutoring and middle school English at a CBSE school, I bring a genuine love for language and teaching to every lesson. I also enjoy working with younger learners, helping them build strong foundations in core subjects from Grade 1 to 5.

My teaching adapts to each student’s grade, level and individual needs. I believe strong English skills form the foundation for excellence across subjects, as students need to read, understand, interpret and express ideas clearly to succeed academically.
For younger learners, I build strong foundations through phonics, storytelling, vocabulary and simple grammar, as well as other core subjects. In middle school, I focus on grammar, comprehension and structured writing, while senior students develop essay and letter writing, literature analysis and exam skills through sample papers and past questions.
A typical 45–60 minute class begins with a quick revision, followed by a clear explanation with examples, guided practice, doubt-clearing and a short recap. Lessons remain flexible, adapting to the student’s needs each week.
I work with students from Grade 1 to Grade 12, helping them not only improve their academic performance but also develop the confidence to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in English
