About Akiana
I am a dedicated professional with a strong educational background in human services, criminal justice, counseling, public administration, and policy. I hold an associate degree in Criminal Justice and a bachelor’s degree in Human Services and Community Justice, and I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Urban Studies with a focus on Public Administration and Policy.
Throughout my professional career, I have worked directly with individuals from diverse backgrounds, providing guidance, career readiness support, resume assistance, workshops, and individualized services. My experience has strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, remain patient, and explain information in ways that are practical and easy to understand.
As a tutor, I create a welcoming and judgment-free environment where students can ask questions, develop their skills, and build confidence at their own pace.
