About Celine

Hello! I am an English teacher with four years of teaching experience, and I have worked with students of different ages and English levels, including both children and adults. I enjoy helping students learn English in a relaxed, patient, and interactive way. I believe that every student learns at a different pace, so I adjust my teaching methods according to each student’s English level, needs, and learning goals. During lessons, I can also provide bilingual instruction in English and Chinese. For beginners or students who find vocabulary, grammar, or sentence patterns difficult to understand, I can use Chinese to provide additional explanations.

To me, learning English is not only about memorizing vocabulary and grammar. More importantly, it is about understanding English, using it in real-life situations, and having the confidence to express yourself. Therefore, I aim to create a friendly and stress-free learning environment where students are not afraid of making mistakes and can gradually build experience and confidence through continuous practice.

My teaching goal is to help students build a strong foundation in English while improving their speaking, vocabulary, grammar, reading, and practical communication skills. I hope students can not only complete their lessons but also discover the joy of learning English and naturally apply what they have learned to their daily lives, studies, or work.

Most importantly, I hope to support every student as they progress at their own pace—from “being afraid to speak,” to “being willing to speak,” and finally to “speaking English with confidence.”

About the lesson

My English lessons focus on practical communication and speaking practice. My goal is to help students not only learn English but also feel confident using it in real-life situations. In class, students will have plenty of opportunities to speak and practice vocabulary, useful sentence patterns, and complete sentences. I also use interactive materials and activities such as pictures, flashcards, videos, music, stories, games, and role-playing to make learning more engaging and enjoyable.

I especially enjoy teaching English to children and have extensive experience working with young learners. I understand that children learn best when lessons are fun, engaging, and encouraging. I use games, pictures, stories, songs, and interactive activities to keep children interested and motivated. I also guide them step by step to practice vocabulary, pronunciation, simple grammar, and complete sentences, helping them build a strong foundation in English while developing confidence in speaking.

I adapt my teaching materials and lesson content according to each student’s age, English level, learning needs, and goals. Whether you are a child or an adult, I will help you find a learning approach that works best for you. I also provide corrections and guidance on common grammar, pronunciation, and word-choice mistakes to help students develop more accurate and natural English.

My teaching style is relaxed, patient, and interactive. I aim to create a friendly, comfortable, and supportive learning environment where students are not afraid of making mistakes and can feel confident speaking English.

In addition to basic vocabulary, grammar, and reading, my lessons place a strong emphasis on everyday conversation, situational learning, and practical English expressions. Students will learn how to naturally apply what they have learned in class to real-life situations, gradually improving their overall English skills and building greater confidence in speaking English.
