About Mohammed Ali
I wasn’t always confident in English. In fact, I was once the student who was considered “not particularly good” at it. But everything changed when, at twelve years old, I picked up the Harry Potter books and devoured every one I could find. From that moment, I never looked back.
That experience showed me something important: language is one of the most powerful tools we have to express ourselves. And the beauty of English is that it’s incredibly accessible — easy to begin learning, rewarding to master, and endlessly creative.
As a tutor, my goal is to help every learner discover that same confidence and enjoyment. Whatever challenges, nerves, or weaknesses you feel you have, I’ll work with you patiently and creatively until we overcome them together.

Hello! I’m Mohammed, an English tutor with a strong academic background and hands-on teaching experience.
I achieved an A in GCSE English Language and an A* in GCSE English Literature, and later completed a 120-Hour TEFL qualification, which has enabled me to teach English in a variety of settings and support learners of different ages and abilities.
My focus is on helping students become confident in the fundamentals of English while finding engaging, personalised ways to motivate them and spark their interest in the subject. I believe English is a beautiful language, and learning it can be an enjoyable and rewarding experience when approached with the right methods.
I always aim to provide the highest-quality learning experience for my students—supportive, clear, and tailored to their individual goals.
