About Jemmaima
Hi! I’m Jemmaima, a Licensed Professional Teacher with more than 5 years of teaching experience, including extensive experience teaching English as a Second Language to Chinese students.
I’m a passionate, patient, and dedicated teacher who believes that every student can improve with the right guidance and encouragement. I create a positive and comfortable learning environment where students feel confident expressing themselves and are not afraid to make mistakes.
My teaching style is friendly, interactive, and student-centered. I adapt my lessons to each learner’s level, age, personality, and learning goals. I am Jemmaima, a Licensed Professional Teacher with more than 5 years of teaching experience, including extensive experience teaching English to Chinese students. I believe that learning English should be enjoyable, practical, and confidence-building.
My teaching approach is student-centered and personalized. I adjust my lessons according to each learner’s age, English level, goals, strengths, and areas for improvement. I use interactive conversations, guided practice, pronunciation drills, vocabulary activities, reading exercises, grammar practice, and real-life situations to help students actively use English rather than simply memorize rules.
A typical lesson begins with a short warm-up or conversation activity, followed by the main lesson and guided practice. I provide clear explanations, ask questions to encourage speaking, correct mistakes constructively, and give students opportunities to apply what they have learned. Each lesson ends with a short review and practical feedback.
What sets me apart is my combination of professional teaching experience, patience, adaptability, and genuine commitment to my students’ progress. I create a friendly learning environment where students feel comfortable speaking English and making mistakes as part of the learning process.
