About Ashrita
I am a CELTA (Cambridge University) - trained ESOL teacher with postgraduate degrees in English and Psychology, as well as a Level 5 Diploma in Teacher Training. I have extensive experience supporting diverse learners, including as a Kumon Instructor. Currently, I teach in a college setting, where I deliver engaging, learner-focused lessons to young and adult learners. I am fluent in Hindi and Bengali as well with working knowledge in Urdu which helps me connect with multilingual students and support their language development with cultural sensitivity and understanding. Passionate about education, I strive to create inclusive, motivating environments where students can thrive in their English language journey.
