About Lewzegenet
Hello, I’m Lewzey, an Ethiopian mother and experienced home cook living in Addis Ababa. I learned traditional Ethiopian cooking through my family, culture, and many years of preparing meals for the people I love. I want to teach because I enjoy sharing authentic Ethiopian food and helping others experience our culture. I am patient, friendly, and encouraging, and I explain every stage clearly. My goal is to help each student confidently prepare delicious Ethiopian meals in their own kitchen.

My Ethiopian cooking lessons are friendly, practical and easy to follow. I guide you step by step as you prepare authentic dishes such as injera, doro wat, tibs, shiro, misir wat and traditional vegetables. You will learn how to select ingredients, prepare Ethiopian spices, balance flavours and serve a complete meal. Each online lesson is adapted to your experience and the dishes you want to master. Beginners are welcome, and you can cook along with me from your own kitchen while asking questions throughout the lesson.
