About Sabir

I am an experienced, personable and dedicated finance and accounting professional with experience in various international organisations in leadership Roles including experience in a Big4 accountancy firm. But aside from my on the job experience I have a significant passion for coaching and mentoring whatever the area. Being able to share my career and life experiences and enabling someone to learn and grow as a result is one of the areas I aspire to.

I have developed significant experience in really understanding what it takes to get your perfect role, and how to develop the right skills and qualities allowing you to be successful in any environment and size of business and ultimately be effective in your role. Everyone is different in strengths they hold, but ultimately it is important to understand each of your specific challenges, needs and aspirations and developing a robust plan on how to allow you to succeed whatever the obstacle.

About the lesson

My approach is look to provide hands on training with real examples of day to day challenges faced and mentoring you through the journey on how to overcome these and your challenges both in a corporate and SME environment.
For anyone starting out their career, I understand the day to day challenges of today’s job market and what it takes in getting your role and also being successful in your role. Through extensive experience in appraising CV's, Cover Letters, and application questions but also interview preparation I will critically understand how I can mentor you and guide you on your journey.

I work with College, University students in understand the right career approach and I work with professionals already in role in enabling them to maximise their skillset to progress in their career.

Above all I have a personable approach to mentoring, understanding you as a person and how I can best provide my experience to further your career. Together we will tackle challenges and opportunities so let’s grow together!
