About Carolina
I am a finance professional and financial educator with 19 years of international experience, including senior roles at Santander and Shell. Throughout my career, I have learnt that understanding money is not only about numbers—it is also about confidence, habits and making informed decisions.
I created MoneyConfidence to make financial education practical, approachable and free from judgement. I particularly enjoy helping professional women understand their finances, organise their priorities and feel more confident about their future. My teaching style is warm, supportive and focused on turning complex financial concepts into simple, achievable actions.

My online lessons provide practical, judgement-free financial education tailored to each student’s circumstances and goals. We can explore budgeting, cash flow, debt organisation, saving, financial habits and building confidence around money.
A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes. We begin by identifying your priorities and challenges, then work through clear, practical exercises and finish with realistic actions you can implement immediately.
I bring 19 years of senior international finance experience, including roles at Santander and Shell. My lessons are designed for adults at any level, particularly professional women who earn money but want greater clarity, organisation and control.
