About Annie
I am a certified grade 6 math and science teacher in Vancouver. My teaching pedagogy involves developing strong math skills through scaffolding and inquiry.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree from UBC and my Master of Teaching degree from the University of Toronto. I specialize in K-6 education and can teach English and Math up to grade 6.

I break down complex concepts for your child and start with a diagnostic assessment before preparing lesson plans. My first priority is to help them with their homework, understanding of concepts and boost up their grades. Then, I create specialized lesson plans using IXL skills. A usual lesson starts with a word problem, introducing the concept, practice questions and homework assignments. My lessons are mainly for primary to upper intermediate students.
