About Nyasha
As a qualified hairdresser I am also certified in Trichology for hairdressers specialising in the study of hair and scalp diseases, focusing on issues with hair growth, dryness and breakage. I work extensively with individuals to help them manage their own hair or the hair of the children they care for by teaching you how to correctly wash, detangle and style mixed and Afro hair easily without tears and pain. Hairstyling should NEVER hurt so the methods I teach allow you to enjoy wash day.

I tailor my teaching to the needs of the client. After an analysis of your hair and a thorough consultation to determine your needs together we will create lessons that will benefit you. Covering everything from products, styling tools and use of extensions, I make extensive use of follow along demonstrations and q&as to ensure you are getting value.
Theory is very important to reducing tendencies towards hair damage so you will understand how the styling methods you choose can damage hair and I teach you correct styling practices so this does not happen. If your hair is showing signs of damage I will work with you to reverse and stop further damage. Referrals for severe alopecia are available with my network of clinical trichologists.
