High-Impact Teaching based on the research findings of Professor John Hattie (Visible Learning), SOLO Taxonomy, Dylan Wiliam (Formative Assessment).After 33 years of successful experience, across a range of roles and with responsibilities ranging from Headship (UK and International) through to large scale projects (my time with the National Centre for Languages in the UK involved 2000 schools, 33 London Boroughs and 6 Regional Support groups), I am convinced that John Hattie's research findings into 'what works best in raising student achievement' can be summed up quite simply in his favourite saying, "Know they impact". I believe that extraordinary teachers can create extraordinary learning and transform the lives of their students.
