About Jalaiah

I was an Instructor at the University of Waterloo, ON, Canada, for over 15 years.
I worked as a full-time clinical scientist and research associate at the University of Waterloo. I conducted clinical trials and other applied research projects, wrote research proposals, protocols, reports and papers for publication, undertook data analysis, poster and paper preparation and presentation, acted as a Lead Investigator on studies, and provided guidance on projects related to his areas of expertise

My teaching was well received by students, and my teaching skills are rated between 4.2 and 4.8 out of 5 by students at the University of Waterloo, ON, Canada.

About the lesson

My teaching methods include creating a positive learning environment. I instill confidence in the student and encourage them to perform well.

Using strategies for online classroom management, I develop and deliver lesson-plans that are designed to be completely supportive and interactive. I focus on the IELTS Band-descriptors (ones that are publicly available) and guide students to improve themselves in these focus areas.

I am presently coaching the IELTS-General Students who reside in BC, Canada, and Mumbai, India. I am well conversant with country requirements for tutoring those who wish to apply for the IELTS exam.

This first lesson is free to allow you to get to know your teacher so that they can best meet your needs.

Details

I will charge $2.00 additional per hour, if anyone wishes to take individual lessons from or after 9:00 pm in the evening.
If a group of 3 or more students wish to enrol for online zoom lessons during the same learning hours, I will provide a concession to all students in the group, and reduce my hourly rate to $/h 19.00
