About Yosi
Hello, my name is Yosi. I have a B.Sc in Mass Communication and a background in radio broadcasting, news anchoring, and media hosting. I am also an experienced IELTS tutor and strategist with a deep understanding of what the IELTS exam actually tests, and how high scorers consistently succeed. Over the years, I have studied examiner criteria, top-scoring responses, and real test patterns to identify the exact structures, habits, and decision-making processes that lead to Band 9 performance.
Rather than teaching random tips or overwhelming students with theory, I focus on clear formulas, repeatable structures, and practical execution strategies that work for both Academic and General IELTS candidates. My teaching style is structured, straightforward, and results-driven, specifically designed for learners who want clarity, measurable improvement, and confidence in being able to score a 9.0 Band Score.

This lesson uses my IELTS 9.0 Formula, a complete, step-by-step system designed to help both Academic and General Training candidates maximise their IELTS scores by mastering Speaking, Writing, Reading, and Listening through proven strategies and clear frameworks.
Each lesson goes beyond general advice and focuses on exactly what to do, how to do it, and why it works. Every section of the exam is broken down into simple, repeatable formulas that eliminate confusion, reduce common mistakes, and improve performance under real exam conditions.
You will learn how to:
- Apply the Band 9 formula for answering each question type
- Manage time effectively, avoid exam traps, and stay in control
- Use advanced vocabulary and grammar naturally and accurately
- Execute confidently on exam day without panic or overthinking
Each lesson includes:
- A diagnostic test before the lesson to assess your current level
- A progress test after the lesson to measure improvement
