About Zee
Hello, my name is Zimasa Ntontela. I studied for a BA degree at the University of Fort Hare, majoring in IsiXhosa and History, and later furthered my studies at the University of Cape Town, where I completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) specializing in the same subjects. I am currently a full-time teacher of IsiXhosa, and teaching has always been my passion. I chose this career because I believe language is not only a tool for communication, but also a way of connecting with culture, identity, and heritage. My goal is to help learners develop confidence in expressing themselves in IsiXhosa while enjoying the process of learning. I am dedicated to creating lessons that are meaningful, engaging, and supportive so that every student can achieve their best.
