About Ayano
I am an experienced language teacher in Japan and Australia. I have been teaching Japanese in Sydney for more than 2 years at Sydney Language Solutions. I enjoy customising the lesson syllabus, plans and materials to meet my students' proficiency and needs. I can teach various levels from the beginner to advanced, Japanese for business purposes. I also have a working experience as an advertising agent which made me familiar with both Japanese and Australian work ethics and business manners.

My teaching method defers depending on the learner's learning purpose and goals. Before designing a lesson plan, I analyse the learner's proficiency as well as strength and weakness and reflect it to the lesson materials. My lesson plan usually is made up with grammar, vocabulary and conversation using the target grammar and I would say the activities I prepare are well balanced when it comes to the amount of the comprehon and practise part. I believe that language learning is a social activity so not just a grammatical content ensibut also cultural talk and evaluation are included in each lesson.
