About Terry

Successful practising artist with a first class honours degree in Drawing and Print, an MA in Design and currently studying an MA in education. A qualified secondary school teacher with extensive experience tutoring pupils through GCSEs, A-levels and degrees, I have been teaching learners from 8 to 80 for the last 10 years.

About the lesson

My teaching method is student focused, exploring interests and building knowledge of materials and approaches, giving advice and tips on useful techniques and processes to help learners develop their own individual creative practice. Supporting learners in building a sustained creative enquiry which will resolve into a series of work.

Perfect! I would thoroughly recommend Terry. He has been excellent in guiding my daughter in her A level Art. He has a good knowledge of the A level syllabus and helped to refine her work. He's also a very nice person with a calm manner.
