About me

Hi, I'm Rhys, a Psychology Honors graduate, qualified Social Worker, and certified TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) Provider with a passion for helping people understand themselves, regulate their nervous systems, and create meaningful change in their lives.

My interest in personal development began through my studies in psychology and human behavior, but over time I became increasingly fascinated by the connection between the mind, body, emotions, and nervous system. This led me to specialize in nervous system regulation, stress management, emotional resilience, mindset transformation, and TRE.

Alongside my academic background, I gained practical experience working within a major hospital setting, where I supported individuals facing psychological distress, trauma, emotional challenges, and significant life stressors. These experiences strengthened my understanding of human behavior and reinforced the importance of creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for growth.

Today, I combine evidence-based psychological principles, nervous system education, mindset coaching, and practical self-development tools to help clients better understand themselves and overcome the patterns that may be holding them back. My coaching style is supportive, empathetic, and collaborative, while also encouraging personal responsibility and meaningful action.

I believe that lasting transformation comes from addressing both the mind and the body. Whether you are struggling with stress, anxiety, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, or simply want to develop greater self-awareness and confidence, I am committed to helping you build the skills and resilience needed to thrive.

About the lesson

My coaching focuses on nervous system regulation, mindset transformation, emotional resilience, and personal growth. Many people try to change their lives through willpower alone, but lasting change happens when we work with both the mind and the body. My approach helps clients understand how their nervous system, beliefs, and thought patterns influence their emotions, behaviors, and overall quality of life.

Drawing from psychology, personal development principles, nervous system regulation practices, TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), and mindset coaching, I provide a practical and supportive environment where clients can create meaningful and sustainable change.

During our sessions, we may explore:

• Nervous system regulation techniques to reduce stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional reactivity.
• Understanding how past experiences and conditioned beliefs influence present-day behaviors.
• Identifying and overcoming limiting beliefs that may be holding you back.
• Building confidence, self-worth, and emotional resilience.
• Using affirmations and mindset practices to reinforce healthier thought patterns and behaviors.
• Developing greater self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
• Creating habits and routines that support long-term growth and well-being.
• Learning practical tools to navigate life's challenges with greater calm, clarity, and confidence.

Each session is tailored to the individual client's goals and circumstances. A typical session combines education, reflection, practical exercises, and actionable strategies that can be implemented immediately in daily life. My aim is not simply to provide motivation, but to equip clients with the knowledge, tools, and self-awareness needed to create lasting transformation.

I teach in English and work with teenagers, young adults, university students, professionals, and anyone looking to improve their emotional well-being, confidence, mindset, and relationship with themselves.
