About Yuqing
I am a native Chinese speaker with a Mandarin Proficiency Certificate (First Class) and over 10 years of teaching experience. I am also studying for a postgraduate degree in TESOL at the University of Auckland, which strengthens my knowledge of language teaching strategies. My teaching style is lively, engaging, and easy to follow. I use humor and interactive activities to create a relaxed learning environment, helping students build confidence and stay motivated. Pronunciation is a key part of my lessons. I provide targeted support to help students reduce their accent and sound more natural when speaking Mandarin.
