About Mandy
I’m an English tutor from Toronto, Canada. I've worked with many well known ESL tutoring sites and had over 300 students from all over the world. I enjoy teaching and I'm very excited to start working independently. I am sure I will be able to help you succeed in English. Improve your pronunciation, grammar skills and give you real-world conversation practice. With my unique teaching style, including mindfulness practices, you can be confident that you'll be mastering the English language quickly. My classes are available for all ages
A typical online class :
I. Conversation Skills (10-25 minutes)
- We will engage in conversation activities that will help you practice your speaking and listening skills
- I will provide feedback on your pronunciation, intonation, and fluency
2. Vocabulary (10 minutes)
- We will focus on learning new words and phrases that are relevant to your daily life and interests
- I will provide examples of how to use these words in context
3. Grammar (10 minutes)
- We will review specific grammar rules and structures that you need help with
- I can provide examples and exercises to help you practice and improve your grammar skills
4. Sentence Structure (10 minutes)
- We will focus on improving your discernment with formulating a sentence and it’s structure.
At the end of every week I will provide feedback on your progress and some light vocabulary homework.
