About Dermot
I have been teaching English to non-native speakers for 7 years and always found the experience to be challenging and fun. After assessing the student I will build rapport and encourage them to improve their English speaking by concentrating on pronunciation, comprehension and vocabulary. I set the bar high and coach them to achieve their best performance week on week so a steady improvement can be seen which fosters confidence. This approach guarantees exponential growth in terms of ability to speak English with aplomb. The classes are up to 2 hours depending on the age and preference for all age groups who have a basic grasp of the language.
