About Anna Lydia
I am a passionate NCLEX tutor who truly understands the dedication it takes to become a nurse. As a homeschool mom, I value patience, encouragement, and meeting each student exactly where they are. I spent the last 10 years of my nursing career at the University of Cincinnati in the surgery department, where I gained an incredible clinical foundation and hands-on experience. While I loved bedside nursing, nothing compares to the fulfillment I feel helping future nurses conquer the NCLEX. Hi! I want to give you a clear picture of how my sessions are structured so you know exactly what you’re investing in.
When we start working together, I focus on the most important, highly tested NCLEX content – not random topics. We prioritize safety and the areas that consistently appear on the exam.
Each session includes:
• A structured study guide
• Breaking down high-yield topics in a simple, testable way
• NCLEX-style question practice
• Step-by-step question breakdown
• Critical thinking training (how to eliminate answers and choose the safest one)
I don’t just review content – I teach you how to THINK through questions the way the NCLEX wants you to.
Between sessions, I provide clear guidance on your study plan, including the number of practice questions and specific areas to focus on. You’ll never feel lost or unsure about what to do next.
My goal is to build your confidence, strengthen your weak areas, and help you develop strong clinical judgment so you walk into your exam prepared.
