About Monisha
With over five years of experience as an online math tutor, I have had the privilege of guiding numerous students towards a better understanding of math, boosting their confidence and performance. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, giving me a solid technical background that I bring into each lesson. I am committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism, always prioritizing my students’ needs and adapting my methods to their unique learning styles.
I understand that math can be challenging, and my goal is to create a welcoming, patient environment where students feel comfortable to ask questions and learn at their own pace. My teaching is structured, supportive, and focused on helping students grasp concepts fully rather than simply memorizing them. As a math tutor, my focus is on making math easier and more enjoyable for students. I start by understanding each student’s needs and work on building their confidence with math.
# Teaching Methods
I use real-life examples and simple explanations to help students grasp concepts. I break down problems into easy steps, encouraging students to understand the reasons behind each one. I aim for them to feel comfortable asking questions and fully understanding each topic.
# Class Structure
Each lesson starts with a quick review to refresh previous concepts. I then introduce new material with guided practice and work through examples together. We end with a recap of what was covered, and I sometimes provide practice exercises for further learning.
