I worked with Mark at an FE college, working with learners who were interested in a career in film production. Mark was a passionate and committed teacher. He developed a good rapport with students and was good at understanding their needs and finding ways to engage them. He was innovative, practical and dedicated to the learning of his students.

I worked with Mark for a number of years as his line manager and as a colleague. He was always firm but fair with all students guiding them through their Academic journey. His attention to assessment detail was excellent, as was his tracking records. Mark's classes were always well organised and delivered.
