About Farwa

Assalamu Alaikum,

My name is Farwa Noor, and I am a passionate and dedicated Quran and Tajweed tutor committed to helping students learn, understand, and recite the Holy Quran with confidence and accuracy. Teaching the Quran is more than a profession for me—it is a responsibility and a privilege that allows me to contribute to the spiritual and educational growth of my students. Alhamdulillah, I hold a Sanad (Shahadah) in Tajweed, which certifies my knowledge and proficiency in the rules of Quranic recitation. This qualification has provided me with a strong foundation in proper pronunciation (Makharij), Tajweed principles, and accurate Quran recitation, enabling me to guide students according to authentic and established methods of learning.

I have a strong interest in Islamic education and take great pride in guiding learners of all ages and backgrounds, from complete beginners to advanced students seeking to improve their recitation and Tajweed. I believe that every student has a unique learning style, which is why I personalise my lessons to match each learner’s pace, goals, and abilities. Whether you are starting with Noorani Qaida, learning Nazra Quran, improving Tajweed rules, memorising selected Surahs, or strengthening your Islamic knowledge, I am here to support you every step of the way. My teaching approach focuses on patience, encouragement, and consistency. I strive to create a positive and comfortable learning environment where students feel motivated to ask questions, practice regularly, and build confidence in their Quran recitation. Special attention is given to proper pronunciation, Tajweed application, fluency, and recitation excellence, ensuring that students progress steadily and correctly.

I strongly believe that learning the Quran should be both meaningful and enjoyable. Therefore, I use a structured teaching method that combines regular practice, revision, constructive feedback, and progress assessments to ensure continuous improvement. My aim is not only to help students read the Quran correctly but also to develop a deep appreciation for its teachings and a lifelong connection with the Book of Allah. Whether you are a parent looking for a reliable Quran tutor for your child or an adult seeking to improve your recitation and Islamic knowledge, I am committed to providing high-quality, professional, and engaging lessons tailored to your individual needs. Through dedication, sincerity, and personalised guidance, I aim to help every student achieve their Quran learning goals with confidence and success.

I look forward to being a part of your learning journey and helping you strengthen your understanding, recitation, and love for the Holy Quran.

My teaching approach is student-centred, interactive, and tailored to the individual needs of each learner. I begin by assessing the student's current level of Quran reading and Tajweed knowledge to develop a personalised learning plan. Lessons focus on correct pronunciation (Makharij), Tajweed rules, fluency, and confidence in Quran recitation. For beginners, I provide step-by-step guidance through Noorani Qaida and basic Quran reading, while more advanced students receive detailed instruction in Tajweed application and recitation improvement. I use regular practice, revision sessions, and constructive feedback to ensure steady progress. My goal is to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students of all ages can develop a strong connection with the Quran and recite it accurately and beautifully according to the rules of Tajweed.
