I have been in education for 24+ years (6 years electors level) 18 years in higher education teaching a variety of subjects in both asynchronous and synchronous learning environments.

I like to get to know my student’s prior academic experiences and interests before jumping into the lesson. It helps me individualize the learning activities to meet student’s expectations. Also I ask questions to understand how the student learns(visual,hands-on) to implement engaging instructional strategies.
