About Elen

Hello! My name is Elen. I’m a pharmacist, lecturer and currently a PhD student in neuroscience with a strong academic background in pharmacology, chemistry, biochemistry and toxicology. I have several years of teaching experience at the university level, as well as hands-on research in neurobiology and pharmacological sciences. Teaching is not only part of my profession but also something I genuinely enjoy. I love helping students understand complex scientific topics by breaking them down into clear, logical steps and connecting them to real-life applications. Whether you're preparing for an exam, catching up with coursework, or just curious to learn more about pharmacology or chemistry, I’m here to support your journey. About the lesson

As a pharmacist and a PhD student in neuroscience, I bring both academic depth and practical insight to my teaching. My lessons are structured yet flexible, designed to meet the individual needs and learning styles of each student. I focus on simplifying complex topics using clear explanations, diagrams, analogies, and real-life examples from medicine, pharmacy, and research. I encourage active participation through questions and short quizzes, and I adapt my pace depending on the student's confidence. My Typical Lesson Plan: quick review of the previous topic (5 minutes), step-by-step explanation of a new concept, interactive discussion or problem-solving session, recap of key points and Q&A, optional homework or practice task (if desired) I use visual aids, digital whiteboards, and reference materials tailored to the student’s goals (exams, coursework, or personal interest). I combine academic teaching experience with real-world research. I’m patient, supportive, and passionate about helping students grow.
