About Amanda

With over 5 years of experience teaching phonetics to children, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my tutoring sessions. My qualifications include: Bachelor's degree: Providing a strong foundation in teaching methodologies and language acquisition. Specialized training in phonetics and phonics instruction. Years of working with children in both classroom settings and one-on-one tutoring, helping them improve their reading and speaking skills. Feel free to reach out to discuss how I can help your child achieve their language learning goals!

About the lesson

I use a student-centered approach, focusing on making learning phonetics fun and engaging for children. My methods include:

Interactive Activities: Incorporating games, songs, and hands-on activities to keep children engaged and make learning phonetics enjoyable.

Visual Aids and Technology: Using flashcards, apps, and multimedia resources to reinforce concepts and maintain interest.

Phonics-Based Instruction: Emphasizing the relationship between letters and sounds, helping children decode words efficiently.

Positive Reinforcement: Encouraging and praising students to build their confidence and foster a love for learning.

Personalized Learning Plans: Tailoring lessons to each child's needs, strengths, and learning pace, ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed.
