Techniques and Teaching Methodology
My lessons focus on building confidence and flexibility with numbers. Each session begins with a review of previously taught content, followed by a fluency activity to develop numerical flexibility. I incorporate a "Number Talk" to enhance mental computation skills. The main lesson is student-centered, allowing for point-of-need teaching to maximize engagement and cater to individual learning needs.

Qualifications and Experience
I am a Math Specialist Teacher with 14 years of experience teaching primary-aged students. I recently completed the Victoria Department of Education's Primary and Math Specialized Training (2023-2024), equipping me with the latest strategies for effective math instruction.
