About Robin
Nearly everything we do has a basis in project management. Things that have a starting point and end point and change from one to the other are projects.
I adopted this philosophy early in my career and it dimistified the whole subject making it easy for me to understand but more importantly allowed me to help others learn the skills required to be exceptional PM's.
I was a professional instructor in Commercial Diving in my early career and my aptitude for taking very complex and Technical skills and making them easier to understand has helped me create a teaching style which is relaxed and aids in real life scenarios.
