About Ma Elena
My name is Ma. Elena P. Razon, and I am 23 years old. I have been an athlete since childhood, dedicating many years to rhythmic gymnastics and contemporary dance.
As a former National Rhythmic Gymnastics athlete who competed in national competitions and an experienced gymnastics instructor, I have coached students of different ages and skill levels. Through years of training, competition, and teaching, I have developed strong discipline, patience, leadership, and communication skills.
I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and inspiring students to become stronger, more confident, and more disciplined while enjoying the learning process. I believe that every student has the potential to succeed with proper guidance, encouragement, and consistent practice.

Every lesson is designed according to the student's age, experience, and personal goals. Whether you are a complete beginner, an aspiring athlete, or someone who wants to improve flexibility, coordination, posture, or performance, I will guide you step by step.
As a former Rhythmic Gymnastics athlete and contemporary dancer, I combine technical gymnastics training with artistic movement to create engaging and effective lessons. My classes focus on flexibility, balance, body conditioning, strength, coordination, rhythm, and proper technique while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
I welcome children, teenagers, and adults of all skill levels. My goal is to help every student build confidence, discipline, and a love for movement while achieving their individual goals.
