About Ulia
I am a dedicated Russian language tutor with over 22 years of teaching experience, and I have been teaching online for the past 17 years. I graduated from Kharkiv National Pedagogical University named after Skovoroda in 2003, from the English-Turkish department. Russian is my second native language, and I use the well-structured book "Poehali" to guide my lessons. I believe in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment, starting each lesson with conversational practice to build confidence and fluency. I combine this with structured book-based teaching and interactive exercises to help students grasp grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills effectively. My approach is personalized to meet each student’s needs, whether they are beginners or more advanced learners. I teach Russian as my second native language, using the book called "Poehali." Each lesson begins with about ten minutes of free communication to help students practice speaking naturally and build confidence. After that, I guide students through the book’s structured lessons and provide interactive exercises to reinforce grammar and vocabulary. My approach is personalized to fit each student’s level and goals, making learning both effective and enjoyable.
