As a science teacher with over 20 years of experience, my approach to tutoring is rooted in making complex topics accessible and engaging. I use a combination of clear explanations, real-life examples, and interactive problem-solving to help students grasp the concepts. For A-Level Chemistry, I break down difficult topics into manageable parts, ensuring students understand the fundamentals before progressing to more advanced material. I also prepare students for exams by focusing on past papers, strengthening their test-taking skills, and boosting their confidence. My lessons typically last for 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the needs of the student, providing ample time for both learning and review. With experience tutoring both in schools and privately, including working with 13+ candidates for private schools, I tailor my approach to suit each student's individual learning style. I offer lessons for A-Level Chemistry students, as well as those preparing for the 13+ exams, ranging from teenagers to early college students. My goal is not only to help students achieve high marks but to foster a genuine interest in science that extends beyond the classroom.
