About Bal
Having taken recent retirement, I feel at a loss in working with people and have so much more to share, hence have decided to enrol onto the super prof website. I currently have contact with a local University where I support specific social work modules and therefore maintain up to date information of the programme. My interest in supporting the next generation of social workers started 9 years ago and it motivates me when I see the passion in newcomers and where sometimes this can be stifled and needs a gentle nudge.

I have a nurturing approach to teaching and being sensitive to individual needs, taking your specific learning style into consideration. Having worked with students and newly qualified social workers, I understand the pressures felt within this role and offer guidance in how best to manage this alongside your studies. I am also experienced in coaching and systemic practice.
