About Kaylyn

I’m a university student studying Sport Rehabilitation with a strong academic foundation and growing hands-on experience across a range of sports. I’ve worked with Team GB’s Paralympic Ice Hockey team, Northampton Town Football Club (Women’s and Youths), Northampton Netball Club, and most recently, Saints Athletics in Luton—a summer placement I set as a personal goal and achieved. These placements have shaped the way I understand sport, performance, injury, and recovery. They’ve also shown me how important it is to support others—whether athletes or students—through the learning and development process. I want to teach because I genuinely enjoy helping others grow. I know how challenging it can be to grasp new concepts, especially in subjects like anatomy or sports science. My aim is to make learning clearer, more practical, and more confidence-building. Teaching allows me to give back, support the next generation, and grow alongside the people I help.

About the lesson

My lessons are personalised, engaging, and focused on helping you truly understand key topics in sports education—from anatomy and physiology to rehabilitation, fitness training, performance, and exam technique. As a current university student studying Sport Rehabilitation & Conditioning and working with real sports teams and clinics, I bring both academic knowledge and hands-on experience to my sessions. I tailor every lesson to suit your learning style—whether you prefer visual aids, active discussion, practical examples, or interactive tools. I’ll help you break down complex topics, build confidence, and develop strategies that not only prepare you for assessments but also support your wider goals in sport and health. Whether you’re studying GCSE, BTEC, A-Level, or simply want a deeper understanding of sports science, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Sessions can be held online or in person (travel fees may apply), and I provide materials you can use and keep to support your revision and growth.
