About Jaspreet
I have a strong academic background in STEM and a genuine passion for helping students succeed. Throughout my studies, I earned multiple academic awards and medals for my performance, and I have continued to apply my knowledge in a professional scientific laboratory in Canada, where analytical thinking and problem-solving are part of my daily work.
My interest in mathematics, physics, and chemistry goes beyond the classroom. I enjoy simplifying complex concepts and helping students gain the confidence to solve problems independently rather than relying on memorization. I offer personalized lessons in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Trigonometry and Organic Chemistry for middle school, high school, and first-year university students. My goal is not only to help students achieve better grades but also to build their confidence and develop a genuine understanding of the concepts.
My teaching approach is based on breaking down complex topics into simple, easy-to-understand steps. Rather than encouraging memorization, I focus on helping students understand the "why" behind every concept so they can solve unfamiliar problems independently. Every lesson is adapted to the student's learning style, pace, and academic goals.
A typical lesson begins with a quick review of previous material, followed by a clear explanation of new concepts using examples and visual methods. We then work through practice questions together before finishing with independent problem-solving to reinforce understanding. I also provide exam strategies, homework support, and tips to improve accuracy and confidence.
What sets me apart is my strong STEM background and over a year of Canadian laboratory experience, where analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail are essential every day. I am also preparing to study Aerospace Engineering, which reflects my passion for mathematics, physics, and scientific learning.
