Experienced STEM Tutor & SAT/ACT Prep Instructor with 1000+ instruction hours
I started tutoring because I genuinely enjoy helping people understand things that once felt confusing or out of reach. I love breaking things down into easily digestible forms so students can learn and master content.
My focus is always on adapting to the student's needs and how we can work to achieve their goals.
I know what it's like to fall behind and feel overwhelmed with coursework and content you can't understand. I'm here to help you build confidence in yourself and succeed. My sessions are practical, encouraging, and tailored to each student.

I start by identifying what your goals are, where you are strong, and where you are struggling.
In a typical lesson, we’ll:
-Target key concepts you're currently working on or struggling with.
-Work through examples together, breaking down each step in a way that makes sense to you.
-Practice actively, with you explaining your reasoning out loud so I can catch gaps or build on your logic.
-Review and reflect briefly at the end so you know exactly what to focus on next.
I don’t lecture at you, I teach with you. My approach is flexible, interactive, and focused on long-term understanding, not memorization. If something doesn’t make sense, we’ll find a new way to approach it. If you’re ahead, we’ll push forward. If you’re behind, we’ll catch up without judgment.
I also help you set clear, realistic goals for your academic progress and outline what it takes to get there. That way, you’re not just working harder, you’re working smarter, with a plan that makes sense for you.
Duration: 60 minutes, 90 minutes, or 2 hours.
