I have several years of experience teaching students of different ages and abilities, and I bring both practical coaching knowledge and personal swimming experience into every class. My lessons are suitable for children, teenagers, and adults, from beginners to intermediate and advanced levels.
I am committed to providing a safe, supportive, and motivating learning environment where every student can progress at their own pace while achieving their personal swimming goals.

My approach to teaching swimming focuses on building confidence, technique, and water safety in a structured yet enjoyable environment. I tailor each lesson according to the student’s level, whether they are complete beginners learning to be comfortable in the water or advanced swimmers aiming to refine strokes and improve performance. I emphasise proper breathing techniques, body positioning, and stroke efficiency, while using step-by-step demonstrations and guided practice to ensure steady progress.
A typical lesson lasts between 60 to 90 minutes, allowing enough time for warm-up, skill development, practice drills, and feedback. I believe consistent encouragement and clear communication are key to helping students overcome fear and develop confidence in the water.
